to be frank..

kelsey kopecky with a side of joy. if you are a knock at the door, I'm the creaky footsteps followed by a high pitched bark on the other side. here's to hoping next time that annoying dog will remember you and not wreck another pair of light denim pants. wherever I am I can promise you one thing, it's full of rocks waiting to be collected and public salt shakers that feel overly used.

it feels nice to just sit. alone in this coffee house with a dim lamp and drooping bulletin board beside me. the backroom kitchen fan is quietly whistling while it works. for some reason I feel really alive in this moment. is this what being content is made of? if so I want to feel the sweet peace of stillness more often. if not, I like whatever good thing this is.

to be still and know. not worry so much about the learning.
